Web Order Entry

Use our web commerce system found at www.plumberssupplyco.com to place online orders. After you login, you can quickly search for products, add them to your shopping cart, and submit your order. While shopping, you can also view product information including pricing & availability, create your own product lists/groups, save orders to checkout later, edit shipping information, view information about your account, and more.

Finding Products

Products can be found via clicking through category drill down menus or by using our robust search engine. Entering a keyword, phrase, model number, or brand into the search box at the top of any page will return any relevant products. You have the flexibility use search phrases that are vague or specific depending on if you know exactly what you need. A search such as “heat pump condensers” will display a general list of all our stocked outdoor heat pumps, while a search for “3 ton bosch heat pump” will show exactly that.

Creating Product Lists

With our feature called “My Lists”, you can save groups of products for quick & easy ordering in the future. Perhaps you use the same ten fittings each time you install a Viessmann B1KE-120; saving them and the boiler to a list will allow you to add all of these products to your cart – in a single click!

Saving Orders for Later

The “Saved Orders” feature provides the ability to save one-time lists of products for jobs that you are not yet ready to order materials for. This displays your specific pricing, so you’ll have an updated quote at all times before you convert to an order.
